how to protect buildings from being demilished?

Hi!

IS it posible to protect buildings in msm servers? like worldguard?

MSM is only a script to manage servers. worldguard is a bukkit plugin, which is configured the exact same way it is on any other bukkit server. See the documentation for more info on what to do with plug-ins and switching to craftbukkit.
